      Nothing is more basic to the purpose of this emerging College of Education than the development of a challenging environment that values the support of learning. Today, providing elaborate learning experiences for the text generation of teachers is a task so delicate and complex, yet impressively noble and sublime, because they "touch the future' of the text and x'treme generation of learners. The compelling question posed of how to accomplish this mission has not been satisfactory answered. It continues to be an equally perplexing endeavor. Many believe that it depends on how accruing societal benefits can be equitably shared in a truly transforming society. Reflecting on a teaching curriculum that foster a challenging environment supportive of learning, presents a formidable challenge required in formulating Goals and Objectives and designing a relevant curriculum that expresses of what we say we are and want to be.

College of Educational Goals are to:

1. Identify and expand a research-based curriculum to discover fresh ideas for the enrichment of the teaching-learning Process.
2. Strengthen community service that promotes positive interaction with neighboring communities.
3. Seek TRUTH and promote excellence in all academic pursuit to become a more effective learning institution.
4. Accept the responsibility as member of a global community with word views primitive of social justice, equality and respect for others.
5. Nurture the spirit of cooperation and teamwork in the building of a just and humane society.
6. Broaden public appreciation as upshot of accruing societal benefits generated by professionally determined graduates Alumni.
7. Foster care for an ecologically balanced and pollution-environment.
8. Develop potential leaders who are fully committed to their noble teaching profession.
9. Promote learning attitudes and values that are rewarding in this age of IT so important to be globally competitive where children are prepared not just to survive the future but to foster peace and restore what are being damaged due to selfish interest.
