CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE Enrollment Requirements Students of any nationality or religious belief are all welcome. The school however, reserves the right at any time to refuse, to admit or re-admit students under certain conditions. Applicants for admission to nursery up to college must present their Birth and Baptismal Certificate and Form 138 (Report Card) of the school last attended. Application Forms and Communication Fill our application forms available at the Office of Admission & Aid and attach the following to this form:
- Photocopy of Birth and Baptismal Certificate (Bring the Original copy)
- Form 138 (Report Card) for grade 1 to High School. (Original & Photocopy)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character of High School Student.
- 2 pcs. “1x1” ID Picture
Scholarship & Discounts
- Students graduating with honors the Grade School entering High School & High School to College are entitled to the following discounts on tuition fees:
Valedictorian 100% discount
Salutatorian 50% Discount
3rd Honors 25 % Discount
- High School alumni of OLLC is given an outright fifty percent (50%) discount on tuition fees to any chosen College course
- Resident Honor students are entitled to discounts on tuition fees corresponding to their rank in class
- An incoming Nursery or Kinder 1 student is given a fifty (50%) discount on tuition fees if he/she has a brother or sister enrolled in the GS,HS, or the College Department
- Members of the Blue Sharks Varsity Team may be given a Discount on tuition fees.
- Deserving Incoming First year High School and First year College students may be granted a scholarship from the Office of the President of OLLC.
- Fifty percent discount on tuition fees of the family members of government agencies like the National Beureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippine National Police (PNP) (with memorandum of agreement, MOA).
- Barangay Scholar
- Discount for son/daughter of Public School Teachers.
