About OLLC
Nearly four decades of educational excellence in Valenzuela City
Our Founding Story
In 1985, Mr. Alfredo D. Demetillo and Dr. Adelia C. Demetillo conceived Our Lady of Lourdes College to serve the educational needs of Valenzuela City and neighboring communities. The school was officially established in 1986 as Cherub Learning Center, located at Gen T Deleon, Valenzuela City, beginning with just 17 kindergarten students.
From this humble beginning, OLLC has grown remarkably. The Grade School opened in 1987 with 222 students. In 1989, twenty students became our first elementary graduates. By 1993, 88 students formed the first High School graduating class. In 1994, armed with faith in divine providence, the college department opened with four degree programs. Today, we serve students from Pre-K through College.
